Ideas, frameworks, and programs for human growth

Human Capacities,
Remapped

Welcome to my site and ideas. Human purposes and actions are fascinatingly complex. That is why I'm committed to helping people activate their many capacities and create lives that truly fit who they are.My life has been long, active, self-guided, and eye-opening. I bring those experiences together in programs that are research-based, humanistic, deeply personalized, and designed for today's fast-changing world.

Being Human

My research suggests that people operate through five distinct, interacting dimensions of mind: visionary, biological, analytical, social, and symbolic. Most self-development models focus on one or two. I believe real transformation becomes possible when all five are activated together — variably, adaptively, and in concert.

Visionary

The capacity to imagine, direct, and pursue meaningful possibilities.

Biological

The embodied system of energy, health, resilience, and instinct.

Analytical

The drive to understand, evaluate, solve, and decide clearly.

Social

The human capacity for connection, communication, and shared growth.

Symbolic

The world of meaning, identity, values, metaphor, and purpose.

I love both ideas and solutions. That is why I developed practical frameworks such as Driveset, Venturing, INpowerment, and Five-Mind Alignment — tools designed not as abstract theory, but as usable instruments for people navigating real pressures and real possibilities. These frameworks are intuitive enough to resonate deeply, while grounded enough to support action, change, and sustained personal growth.

Concepts & Programs

The following frameworks emerge from decades of leadership development, doctoral research, training across five continents, and feedback from thousands of clients. These are not borrowed models with new labels, but original approaches designed to address gaps in how human capacities are understood and developed.

Foundational Concepts

  • INpowerment

While external incentives and pressure shape much of modern life, lasting motivation comes from within. INpowerment helps people identify, coordinate, and apply their inner resources with clarity and self-command — not just for inspiration, but for confident and adaptive action.

  • Driveset

Mindset shapes how we think. Driveset goes deeper by exploring why we move. It maps the inborn drives behind curiosity, identity, connection, moral coherence, and growth — giving people a more foundational way to understand motivation, decision-making, and persistence.

  • Five-Mind Alignment

What is often called the "subconscious" may actually be inner fragmentation: multiple systems operating at cross-purposes. Five-Mind Alignment identifies five internal minds, clarifies their strengths, and helps coordinate them into a focused inner team capable of clarity, flow, and sustained action.

  • Venturing

Human beings do not only choose between safety and risk. There is a third mode: venturing — exploratory, adaptive, playful, experimental, and innovative. Venturing helps people regain a natural capacity for stepwise discovery, learning, and growth in uncertain environments.

Innovative Programs

Venture Zone Challenge

A personalized five-hour application of the Venturing framework. Participants learn to deepen intention, explore new terrain, move through obstacles, and clarify action using the adaptive Success Spiral

Vitality Adventure

A research-grounded longevity experience designed especially for adults over fifty. This program integrates eight dimensions of vitality into a flexible, game-like structure for sustained healthy action.

Motivation Mobilization

A practical alternative to relying on willpower. This program uses evidence-based behavioral and neural principles to make target behaviors easier to begin and sustain with less friction.
